5 protein shake recipes for health

After tasting several brands of vegan and non-vegan protein powders in my shakes, I fell in love with Arbonne's FeelFit and EssentialMeal Replacement protein shakes. So many reasons I did. They are made with clean, vegan and non-gmo ingredients by a Certified B Corporation that has banned more than 2,000 ingredients from use in its wellness products. Plus, they taste delicious on their own! Seriously! There is no need for me to add anything to the Arbonne protein shakes for them to taste good; I can add two scoops of Arbonne FeelFit or EssentialMeal with water, shake and enjoy! Even though some days I need to do that, just shake and enjoy them on the go, I love leveling them up too. I am a foodie at heart who is passionate about trying out new recipes and sharing them. Below I share some delicious and easy protein shake recipes as part of a whole foods' nutrition plan.

Arbonne protein shakes help support weight management and healthy nutrition. You can pick the EssentialMeal as a meal in itself, FeelFit for a protein boost, or Simply1 for a keto friendly low sugar option.
Pick your Arbonne protein to fuel your healthy lifestyle

The EssentialMeal comes in chocolate and vanilla flavors. The FeelFit comes in vanilla and coffee flavors. The Simply1 comes in chocolate, vanilla, coffee, strawberry and the seasonal peppermint mocha flavors. I have been creative in blending these for a shake and go; I have paired one scoop of chocolate EssentialMeal with one scoop of Simply1 peppermint mocha to get the best of both. I have also paired one scoop of EssentialMeal chocolate with one scoop of Simply1 coffee to create a mocha shake on the go. You too can use your creativity in preparing your shakes.

The EssentialMeal is delicious and most practical on its own when in a rush because you can just add water, shake and go; it's also considered a meal replacement. Some of these flavors are so popular that they often go "out of stock" throughout the year. How I get around that is I stock up when they are available. For example, I know the peppermint mocha will be popular around the holidays in December. So, I stock up early.

With more time on your hands, you can level up your protein shakes. You can even prepare and refrigerate them the night before, to enjoy them the next morning. I am including a few recipes I continue to enjoy!
